rub whole uncooked chicken with:
- crushed basil
- garlic
- salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper
bake 350 degrees.
approx 90 minutes
when chicken is done,
add sliced, or bite size pieces of warm chicken, atop your favorite green salad.
this is one of my favorite green salads
romaine lettuce
tomatoes
sliced cucumbers
kalamata olives
sliced red onions
topped with warm baked chicken!
