SOUR CREAM BANANA BREAD






This is a family favorite recipe!!!
 Warm, moist and flavorful......
yum yum!!!  


I discovered the recipe in a  Pillsbury cookbook years ago, I've  been using it ever since.  Sometimes, I change it up by adding raisins.




I think the sour cream gives to its moist texture.


Add some nuts (optional)
I added walnuts


Lightly mix the batter



 
  making a double batch saves time....
freeze the rest......make sure ya label it!!!


Put the batter in a greased loaf pan
 and...
bake 350 degrees 
approx 50-60 minutes
