Bob, An Afternoon Delite!

Its a pleasant day in T-Town.  Hubby's at work, and I am enjoying the day in the the thrift store. Suddenly I get a call on the cellie,  "Hon, I'll be home in few, bringing you some afternoon delite.  So I drop all my thrift store treasures, rush it home, and wait patiently for hubby to arrive.

just had to sample a rib or two before making a sandwich

 homemade cucumber sauce, lettuce and onion

on a toasted bun!

oops.... have to cut the meat of the bone

so tender

it falls right off!

ok, the sauce is delish
but a bit messy

Just Like Auntie

When Auntie Susan comes home for a visit, what better way for her niece to convey, that she wanted to be just like her!  With little niece in her shadow, and smitten with the strange shoes, auntie was wearing, little niece came up with her own version of cowgirl boots   Rummaging through the shoe  basket, Niece managed to tugged on a pair of red boots.  And for the rest of the day pretended they were cowgirl boots just like Auntie!
